May Amria, DMD
Dr. May Amria is a compassionate family and cosmetic dentist dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care for patients of all ages. With experience in both adult and pediatric dentistry, she strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience. Her patients say she has the perfect balance of clinical expertise and personal warmth. She makes every dental visit something to look forward to!
Her early education and research work in biology (Master’s Degree in biology from The Citadel) inspired her to build her clinical expertise on the connection between the health of the mouth and the total health of the body. Her early volunteer work in medical and dental clinics inspired her to combine science, precision and personal concern into a unified philosophy of care.
Among her recognitions is the Dentsply International Merit Award in Removable Prosthodontics for excellence in patient care and technical skill. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Crown Council, where she collaborates with top dentists to continually raise the standard of care in the industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, followed by a Master of Arts in Biology from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. She went on to attend the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
A member of a healthcare family, Dr. Amria and her husband, who practices medicine, proudly serve the Dallas–Fort Worth community and endeavor to make a positive impact in the lives of the patients they serve and in the profession of which they are apart.
Personally, Dr. Amria enjoys exploring the vibrant Dallas food scene and spending quality time with her husband and their two children—a son and a daughter. Together, they love experiencing all that the city has to offer and are proud to call Dallas their home. She speaks fluent Arabic and is currently learning Spanish to better connect with more of her patients.
